YELLOW COOKIE. A rare Amish family heirloom from the USA, carefully preserved and passed down through generations as a true treasure. The plant is indeterminate, tall—usually reaching about 1.5 m—and features vigorous, sturdy growth with dense foliage that forms strong bushes capable of bearing heavy fruit loads. A mid-season, consistently productive variety that performs especially well in full sun. The fruits impress with their size and quality: the average weight ranges from 300 to 500 g, and some specimens can be even larger.
Tomatoes are meaty and firm, almost completely free of cavities and with very few seeds, so the interior is tender, velvety flesh with only a small amount of juice. The skin is rich, bright orange and remains appetizing even after cooking. The flavor is harmonious and sweet, with almost no acidity, making these tomatoes an excellent choice for fresh salads, slicing, sauces, roasting, and home canning. Like most orange-fruited varieties, this tomato prefers well-lit garden beds and does not tolerate shade, so for the best yield it is important to provide plenty of sunlight along with regular watering and feeding.
