EREMIY. A Moldovan-bred variety — mid-early, large-fruited, premium-class sweet pepper. A highly productive variety known for its stability, large fruits, and rich flavor. The period from emergence to technical maturity is 110-115 days, and biological maturity is reached in 140 days. The variety is oriented toward abundant harvests, characterized by uniform fruit setting and excellent marketability. The plant is compact and vigorous, 60-70 cm tall, with a well-developed leaf canopy.
Fruit color at the technical stage is light green, turning deep red at biological maturity. The flesh is dense, very juicy, crisp, aromatic, and distinctly sweet. The fruits contain up to 8.5% dry matter, up to 7% sugars, and the vitamin C level reaches 130%, making them exceptionally healthy and flavorful. The variety is suitable for open-field cultivation and film greenhouses. The plant is strong, resilient, and spreading, forming a high number of fruit sets.
PEPPER FEATURES
To achieve maximum potential, the variety requires intensive fertilization, as it belongs to the intensive cultivation type. The fruits are conical-prismatic, uniform, large, and attractive. Single fruits weigh 250-300 g, with a wall thickness of 6-7 mm, making them fleshy and juicy.
Best used fresh, but thanks to their firm walls, the fruits are also ideal for stuffing, salads, baking, and canning. With proper care, the yield reaches 6-8 kg/m², making the variety appealing for both home gardeners and commercial growers. The variety shows resistance to verticillium wilt.
