JOIN OR DIE X BEYOND VERDE CLARO. Tall (indeterminate), mid-season new variety from legendary American breeder Tom Wagner, author of famous varieties like Green Zebra. The variety was created as a result of recent crossing of "Join or Die" (Belle du Collège) and "Beyond Verde Claro", aimed at obtaining unique appearance, aroma and taste. Bushes are powerful, with strong and thick stems, reaching height about 1.5 meters. Plant with well-developed leaf mass, abundant fruit set and prolonged fruiting - from mid-season until frosts. Fruits are round-flattened shape, fleshy, with pronounced wide shoulders, sometimes with slight ribbing. Average weight 150-200 grams, in clusters - 4-5 large tomatoes.
Skin is dense, not prone to cracking, excellently preserves marketable appearance. Fruits are storage-stable, transportable, suitable for long storage. Color of fruits - truly unusual and decorative: base is purple-black, over entire surface - emerald (green) stripes, especially noticeable near stem. Skin shimmers from green to red and pink, creating unique marble pattern. In cut - richly purple-red flesh, dense, juicy, with intense aroma. Taste is very rich, complex, with well-balanced sweetness and light piquant acidity - true delicacy for gourmets. This variety is oriented both for amateur and collection cultivation. Suitable for fresh consumption, salads, baking, preparation of sauces and juices.
