Each cluster bears 3-4 fruits weighing 400-700 grams, with above-average yield.
A mid-season variety shaped like a large red beefsteak. The first fruits were around 400 grams, with larger ones starting from the second cluster. Shape is round and slightly flattened. Color is bright, rich red. Green shoulders disappear at full ripeness. Inside: creamy red flesh with small seed chambers. The taste is juicy, sweet and tangy, rich tomato flavor. One of the weight champions!
ADVANTAGES OF LARGE VARIETIES:
Large tomatoes have several attractive benefits:
-
Rich flavor and dense flesh: Large tomatoes usually have an intense, rich flavor and meaty texture. Perfect for fresh salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.
-
High yield with fewer fruits: One large fruit can replace several smaller ones, making harvesting more convenient.
-
Excellent for processing: Due to their size and flesh density, they are great for sauces, pastes, dressings, and other preserves. Easy to process — they produce lots of tomato mass.
-
Aesthetic appeal: Large tomatoes often look impressive on dishes, especially brightly colored or uniquely toned varieties.
-
Less skin per weight unit: When used fresh or processed, the skin makes up a smaller proportion, making them more pleasant to eat.
-
Ideal for stuffing: Their firm flesh and sturdy skin make them perfect for baking with fillings — they hold their shape well.
